Jessica Albarn Bristol Show

We have recently been working with artist Jessica Albarn, creating prints from her intricate drawings. We will be screen printing on to glass as well as collaborating with a stained glass studio using ceramic transfers. The show kicks off on 18th April in Bristol at The Crypt of St John the Baptist.

Fung Lam Edition

 

This week we have been excited to welcome composer and artist Fung Lam in to the Jealous studio to work on a new edition. The print is a conceptual piece in reference to the 25th Anniversary of the Tiananmen Square massacre of 1989. An edition of 25, it is a 3 layer screen print, finished with a silver ink- the 25th anniversary colour. The print will launch on Thursday evenings private view at Art 14,  London and will coincide with a performance-based installation, where his new composition '98753210' will be performed at regular intervals.

Introducing the Jealous Prize Prints 2013/2014

Over the last 8 months we have been busily proofing and editioning this year's Jealous Prize prints by the eight fantastic graduate winners.  The works will be officially launched next week at Art 14, Olympia, followed a couple of days later at an exhibition of the set at the Saatchi Gallery.  In the meantime here are the final winning print works.  We look forward to seeing you next week.

Ann-Marie James Edition

We have just published a new edition for Ann-Marie James. Ann-Marie won the Graduates Prize from Wimbledon College of Art last year and has gone on to be represented by Karsten Schubert Gallery as well as exhibiting world wide. This new edition will be displayed for the first time at Art 14 in Olympia, where our current crop of Jealous Print Prize winners will also be launched, and is a sign of our continuing relationship with previous winners. Art 14 opens next Thursday 27th February.

Bruce French Edition

Last week we completed a new edition for artist Bruce French.  The print, a four colour screen print on Somerset Tub Sized 310 gsm paper, was launched last week as part of a group exhibition in West London.

Richard Smith Edition

This week we have completed an edition for illustrator Richard Smith. We started with a digitally printed coloured background before screen printing a black overlay to create a strong contrast of processes. With a torn edge to finish the print looks great and we look forward to working on further editions of a similar ilk with Richard.
